Banquet Server Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up room for event function
- Engage with our guests to ensure their dining experience exceeds their expectation
- Being attentive to the guests needs and requests
- Making the guest feel welcome and appreciated
- Finding ways to create a memorable culinary event
- Checking and maintains proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift
- Greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Communicate menu item ingredients, being knowledgeable about food allergens
- Serving food and beverages
- Replenishes beverages, frequently checking back with guest to inquire about satisfaction
- Assist with cleaning up
Qualifications
- Previous 2 years of serving experience in a dining restaurant required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
