Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to ensure smooth workflow on-site
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other trades by providing necessary tools and materials promptly
- Perform basic tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and assembling structures under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the project
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues or hazards immediately
Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
