Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bedford, NH, for a Client Service Representative. This position will be responsible for handling client inquiries via phone and email, providing support to advisors, and completing client paperwork, which is primarily sent electronically. The role will also involve scheduling, maintaining client records, and collaborating with financial advisors to ensure excellent client service.
Qualifications
- Excellent client service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using DocuSign, Calendly helpful; Microsoft Office experience required
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of financial services
