We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager in Houston.
This is a key territory for us, and we’re looking for someone who wants real ownership of it.
This role is not about simply maintaining accounts. It’s about growing them.
You would be responsible for:
• Driving revenue growth across the Houston market
• Expanding share within key dealer, builder, designer, and trade relationships
• Building stronger penetration across a premium appliance brand portfolio
• Leading training, showroom execution, and local market development
• Owning territory performance with a high level of autonomy and accountability
What we’re looking for:
• Strong outside sales experience in appliances, building products, plumbing, HVAC, or a related channel
• Someone who knows how to grow existing accounts, not just open new ones
• A commercially minded operator who can prioritize a territory and execute
• A relationship builder who is also comfortable being measured on results
