House Manager – Coeur d'Alene Location
Starting at $20/hr – increases to $21/hr after one year

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and dependable House Manager to help lead one of our homes—an all-female residence supporting adult women with developmental disabilities. You’ll guide a dedicated team, help create a positive home atmosphere, and ensure residents feel safe, respected, and supported each day.
What You’ll Do
- Support residents as they build life skills, engage in activities, and reach personal goals
- Lead and encourage staff, creating a supportive and collaborative team
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-run home environment
- Oversee scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day operations
- Coordinate community activities, appointments, and transportation
- Step in to assist with direct care when needed
- Communicate regularly with leadership to ensure residents receive the best support possible

- Experience in caregiving, leadership, or residential support (preferred)
