The ideal candidate will manage the on-site construction team and subcontractors, ensuring job site organization and OSHA compliance. Key responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, scheduling equipment and materials, and ensuring timely project completion. This full-time, long-term position offers potential for growth within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the on-site construction team
• Coordinate and oversee all site work
• Work with the Project Manager
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and orderliness on-site
• Ensure quality standards and project deadlines are met
• Problem-solving and decision-making

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred
