My State Farm career actually began while I was still in college, when I took a part-time internship with a local agent during my senior year. That opportunity turned into a sales position and eventually led me to agency ownership. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
