Leasing Consultant Full-Time
Miles Estates Apartments located in Fort Gratiot, MI. with the RT Group Properties is seeking a customer focused leasing consultant to join our team!

Requirements/Responsibilities
-Market Rate Property Management Experience required.
-Sales and marketing.
- Excellent customer service skills to generate traffic and close leasing sales.
-Self-motivation required.
-Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as user experience of apartment management software desired (Yardi).
Schedule:
- 8a-5p or 9a-6p weekdays with Saturdays on rotation and a day off in the week when working Saturday.
Experience:
- Multi-Family Property Leasing
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Sales: 1 year (Required)
- Market Rate Property leasing: 1 year (preffered)
