Role Description The Used Car Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at MileOne Autogroup in Parkville, MD. This role oversees all pre-owned vehicle sales operations, including managing the sales team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective sales processes are followed. The manager will work closely with customers to maintain high levels of satisfaction, support sales staff in closing deals, and ensure pricing and inventory strategies align with business objectives. Daily responsibilities include coaching and training team members, reviewing sales reports, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and optimizing Sales Processes that support efficient and ethical sales operations.
- Previous experience in automotive sales management or a similar leadership role, preferably in a dealership environment.
