As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and memorable stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
- Process reservations and payments using hotel systems.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow all IHG and STRAND Hospitality brand standards and policies.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
