Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing Behavioral Health team. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT provides one-on-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in clinic, home, school, and/or telehealth settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA.
- Provide direct ABA therapy to children with developmental or behavioral challenges.
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress during sessions.
- Communicate regularly with the BCBA regarding client performance and program updates.
- Participate in supervision meetings, staff training, and team collaboration.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to BACB, DDD, and HIPAA standards.
- Support families and caregivers through positive, compassionate communication.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for in-home or community sessions).
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- Ability to complete required background checks and training (CPR, First Aid, Article 9, etc.).
Preferred:
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with ABA data collection software (e.g., CentralReach, Rethink, or similar).
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (a plus, not required).
