Milea Truck Sales & Leasing is seeking a Truck Leasing & Rental Administrative Assistant to support our leasing and rental team by managing contracts, coordinating customer communication, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting customers, maintaining accurate records, assisting with rental and lease documentation, and helping deliver exceptional service to commercial trucking clients throughout the New York City area.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, process, and maintain truck leasing and rental agreements accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with rental reservations, lease documentation, and vehicle availability
- Coordinate truck deliveries, returns, inspections, and related paperwork
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for leases, rentals, registrations, and customer files
- Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and internal departments regarding vehicle status and account updates
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and administrative reporting as needed
- Support the leasing and rental team with daily operational and administrative tasks
- Help improve workflow efficiency and customer service processes within the department
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Administrative or office experience in a service, automotive, trucking, or technical environment with strong attention to detail and organization preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with service management software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
