About the RoleAs our Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire real estate transaction process from executed contract through closing. You'll work closely with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other parties to ensure every deadline is met and every client receives outstanding service.
Experience with short sales is highly preferred, as our team regularly works with more complex transactions requiring additional communication, documentation, and coordination.
This position offers flexibility with a hybrid work environment, although some in-office time at our Lakewood office will be required.
Responsibilities- Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing
- Coordinate communication between agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and other vendors
- Track and monitor all contract deadlines and contingency dates
- Prepare, organize, and maintain transaction files and documentation
- Ensure compliance with brokerage and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, repairs, and closing logistics
- Handle short sale transactions, including communication with lenders and required documentation
- Provide regular updates to all parties involved in the transaction
- Assist in resolving issues that may arise during the transaction process
- Deliver a high level of customer service while helping clients navigate what can be an emotional and stressful process
- Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator in residential real estate
- CTM EContracts, REColorado experience preferred.
- Valid CO Real Estate license or willingness to obtain preferred.
- Short sale experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate stressful situations
- Strong customer service mindset
- Proficiency with real estate contracts, transaction management systems, and electronic document platforms
- Colorado real estate experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant plus
This is an independent contractor-style position compensated on a flat fee per closed file. Compensation will be discussed based on experience and transaction volume.
