Equidistant from LA, San Diego, and the beach if you're looking for Christian community and work that doesn't feel like a job, we're the summer camp for you!
Our Position Openings:
A-Team: Lead/facilitate our guests' adventure activities by being certified as a Lifeguard at the pool or the lake, instructing high ropes (rock wall, zip line), leading hikes, or serving in the snack bar.
Kitchen Squad: Help prep, cook, serve, and clean-up after meals for our guests and staff.
A Qualified Team Member will have:
- A personal commitment to Jesus Christ as your Lord & Savior, and a desire to work in ministry, dedicated to drawing others to faith in God
- A high school diploma or valid work permit for those under 18yo (required)
- Good physical fitness and a heart that is flexible, coachable & ambitious in accomplishing the work assigned
- A willingness to invest & fully participate in the community, events, and activities of camp
- Ability to work weekends

Good news! All good things don't have to come to an end. In fact, we prefer the opposite, and invite you to stay on after your Summer of Service is over to have a blast as a member of our Outdoor Education program!
