We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Scheduler / Language Services Coordinator to join our team. Position OverviewThe Scheduler / Language Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating interpretation and translation requests, scheduling linguists, communicating with clients and contractors, and ensuring all assignments are fulfilled accurately and on time. This role requires strong critical-thinking skills, excellent organizational skills, and a sense of urgency.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule interpreters and coordinate language service requests for clients.
- Manage a high volume of incoming emails, phone calls, and appointment requests.
- Match assignments with qualified interpreters based on language, credentials, availability, and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and client information in company systems.
- Monitor assignments to ensure successful service delivery and timely completion.
- Communicate professionally with clients, interpreters, and internal staff.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute coverage needs quickly and effectively.
- Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions before they impact service delivery.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Associate degree or higher.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Full-Time | Mondau - Friday | 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
