Your Role:
- Efficiently and accurately complete work as outlined on repair orders, adhering to dealership and factory standards.
- Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Create inspection videos showing vehicle recommendations
- Work with the parts department to procure required materials.
- Document client repairs and materials used.
- Stay current with automotive diagnostic technology and reference materials.
- Keep the supervisor informed on repair status.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Follow federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal.
- Communicate additional service needs to the service advisor and provide labor time estimates.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a dealership service center.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
