Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels
- Order parts efficiently and accurately
- Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers at the parts counter
- Answer incoming calls and process parts inquiries and orders
- Organize inventory and maintain parts storage areas
- Ensure displays and merchandising areas remain clean, professional, and well-stocked
- Collaborate with the service department to support repair and maintenance operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term customer relationships
Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts department experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
