Compensation & Structure
- 80/20 split
- $1,300–$1,500 per day gross potential
- One week in the hole, then paid every Friday — like clockwork
- Steady local work, home every night
Requirements
- Must own your truck and belly dump
- Must lease on under our authority
- Must operate locally in the Waco, TX area
- Work runs anywhere from Jarrell to Hillsboro, depending on the job
- Professional, reliable, and safety-focused
