CURRENT RATE - $20.50/HOUR AFTER 90-DAY PROBATIONARY PERIOD
Milco Industries, Inc. is a privately owned and US based technical textile manufacturing company headquartered in Bloomsburg, PA. Our manufacturing capabilities include tricot and raschel knit fabrics that are dyed and finished to meet customer specifications. Milco services a variety of markets such as automotive, medical, home furnishings, and footwear.
Manufacturing Production Openings
We are offering 4 10-hour work shifts within our Dyeing and Finishing Department with a work schedule of Monday through Thursday with Friday overtime as necessary. Hourly rate is $20.50 after 90-day probationary period. Positions are entry level within our Textile manufacturing operations. Candidates must have the ability to work as a team in a continuous improvement environment. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and successfully complete a 90-day probationary period. Textile or manufacturing experience preferred but will train the right candidate. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits package with career advancement opportunities. Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Set-up machines and equipment for operation
- Operation of production equipment as assigned
- Light maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Compliance to all safety regulations
- Compliance to all quality standards
- Perform general housekeeping duties
- Perform all duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions and SOP’s and communicate with others.
- Must possess basic math and computer skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and push/pull loaded fabric trucks
- Must be able to achieve forklift certification
Dyeing and Finishing Department:
Work Schedule – 4 10-hour shifts Monday - Thursday with Friday overtime as necessary
1st shift - 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay Rate - $20.50/hour after 90-day probationary period
