About the Role
DCL Products and Milbar Laboratories are seeking a hands-on Production Line Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations within a fast-paced, cGMP-compliant environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production lines, ensuring quality and efficiency, and maintaining strict adherence to FDA and cGMP standards across cosmetic and OTC manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily production line activities
• Ensure all operations comply with cGMP, FDA, and internal quality standards
• Monitor production output, efficiency, and labor utilization
• Train, mentor, and manage production staff
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized production environment
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate production documentation and batch records
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste

Qualifications
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Experience in cosmetics, OTC, pharmaceutical, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of cGMP requirements and documentation practices
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance
