Responsibilities
- Mix, laminate, sheet, cut, shape, and proof dough
- Manage butter blocks and temperature control
- Maintain consistency and quality across batches
- Support scaling production and workflow efficiency
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Experience with sheeters and production equipment
- High-volume production
- Ability to train or lead small teams
Experience
- 3 years laminated dough experience specifically croissants
- Strong understanding of lamination, fermentation, and butter handling
- Experience in a commercial production environment
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Ability to work early mornings or overnight
