Duties

• Receive, unload, and properly store incoming shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts while adhering to safety standards.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using RF scanners, inventory management software, and ERP systems to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management software, conducting regular stock counts and cycle counts.
• Support shipping and receiving activities by preparing shipments according to trade compliance standards and international trade regulations.
• Operate warehouse equipment including order pickers, reach trucks, and load/unload trucks efficiently and safely.
• Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members on warehouse operations such as stocking, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination to optimize workflow.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRPs is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills for counting stock, measuring packages, and processing orders accurately.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, reach trucks, RF scanners, and forklift certifications are a plus.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records of shipments and inventory levels.
• Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively.
• Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and order picking processes is advantageous.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
