Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the planning and scheduling team with administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation and documentation management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, maintain calendars and manage department communications.
- Assist with production schedules, work orders and related documentation to support manufacturing operations.
- Support process improvements by providing insights and administrative assistance to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain and update digital filing systems, databases and other planning-related tools.

Position Qualifications
- Two or more years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and scheduling software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
