Job Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers, contractors, builders and our production team to develop shop drawings and cut lists for production, using the cabinet design/layout approved by the customer.
- Possess a great understanding and knowledge of our cabinets to create functional solutions and problem solve customer/client requests.
- Ability to transition between working long periods of time on a computer and traveling to project sites to conduct field measures.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person. Learn numerous applications and processes. Willingness to cross train and help in other aspects of the business as needed.
- Proper time management and ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task, while working independently
- Organizational skills, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Resourcefulness, creativity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Outstanding customer service & communication with our customers
- Proficient in Microsoft office products including Outlook, work & excel.
- Experience in CabinetVision or other industry related software is a bonus.
- Previous design experience is beneficial, but not required.
- Willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative.
