Full Time Teaching Assistant or Montessori Co-Teacher
We are a small in-home Montessori Toddler Care Program with a team of three adults guiding ten children, ages two to three.

Milanville Montessori is seeking a warm and enthusiastic full time Teaching Assistant or Montessori Certified Co-Teacher to become part of a vibrant Montessori Toddler Teaching Team!
In this job, you'll play a key role in supporting the lead teacher and fostering a love of learning in our curious toddlers. You'll assist with daily routines, prepare the Montessori materials, and most importantly, engage with our little learners as they explore, discover and grow.
What you'll bring:
- A genuine love for toddlers and their unique development
- Patience, enthusiasm, creativity and a positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow the Montessori Method
- Prior experience working with children
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in any area
- AMS or AMI Montessori credential in Toddler or Primary levels
- Fluency in Spanish Language a plus
