About the Job
We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our pool service team. The role involves basic pool cleaning and chemical balancing for residential and commercial pools. Training is provided, and pay will increase with time, effort, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform weekly pool cleaning (skimming, brushing, vacuuming)
- Test and balance pool chemicals
- Monitor pool equipment and report any issues
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Available to work weekdays
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn (training provided)
- Preferably has own truck for transportation (not required but a big plus)
Pay & Growth
- $16/hr during the first month of training
- $17/hr after training
- Pay increases over time with strong work ethic and performance
