Plumbing Foreman (Custom Homes)

Job Summary:

Milam Plumbing, Inc., a trusted leader in new home construction plumbing in Southeastern North Carolina, is seeking a Plumbing Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a key leadership role ideal for an experienced plumber who takes initiative and delivers results—without taking on the full scope of a supervisory position.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and has hands-on experience in custom home plumbing. As a Plumbing Supervisor, you’ll support our New Construction Division and help ensure high-quality plumbing installations across a variety of residential projects.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· - Independently run smaller plumbing projects from start to finish

· - Fill in for remodel or service work as needed

· - Lead crews on new construction jobs when a Supervisor is not assigned

· - Step into plumbing tasks across departments as needed

Required Skills/Experience:

· - Minimum of 3-5 years plumbing experience

· - Custom home plumbing experience is required

· - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

· - Ability to work independently and manage others on site

· - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to work in a construction environment

· Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, and occasionally up to 100 pounds

· Ability to work outside or inside, sometimes exposed to high heat or low temperatures

· Ability to climb ladders or stairs and work either above ground or in tight spaces

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
