What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy Equipment Master Technician - Shop Lead position at Milam Equipment Rental?
HEAVY EQUIPMENT MASTER TECHNICIAN
- Perform dealer level repairs on heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, dozers, compaction roller, aerial equipment, skid steers ETC.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose fault codes and symptoms using diagnostic laptop and equipment.
- Assist JR technicians with projects and managing shop with day to day operations
-Know of how to Rebuild engines, Transmissions, Final drives ETC.
- Assist with oversight on entire fleet of equipment consisting on 300 pieces
REQUIRMENTS
- 4 years of heavy equipment dealer or factory level experience
- Knowledge and proficient with engine, after treatment, hydraulics, electrical, technical software, transmission, powertrain ETC.
- Ability to work unsupervised and assist with shop management tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
