Milaeger's is looking for motivated and talented individuals to add to their team. A range of job opportunities are available for the upcoming spring season. We have positions available in our Maintenance department.
***A valid driver's license in good standing is required for employment.***
```Maintenance duties include but not limited to:```
- Perform various landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Prune and trim trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance.
-Mulch and edge landscape beds.
-Weeding and weed removal from planting beds.
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools.
- Remove snow from walkways and driveways during winter months.
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in landscaping or grounds keeping preferred.
- Knowledge of plant maintenance.
- Ability to operate landscape equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
