Work You'll Do
- Answer phone and email requests, work with customer to verify all needed information to prepare correct parts quotes and orders
- Locate parts in our systems and provide ship dates
- Process orders and follow up with customers on the status and ship dates
- Provide customers with accurate, actionable information either via telephone or email
- Communicate with our internal Product & Solution Support teams as well as Inside Sales to determine customer needs and escalate issues when they arise
- Tailor sales approaches to customers using results of business analytics including customer purchase patterns, machine ownership, key customer business needs
- Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
- Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, contact name, equipment serial numbers for future follow-up
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
- Partner with Sales, Service, Technical support and all Aftermarket teams to assure we provide the best customer service experience
- Ability to work within Excel, Outlook and other internal systems to complete tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and applicable experience required
- Must be able to read/write English and Spanish
- 10%-20% Travel
- 2 years’ inside sales experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
