Mila Maid is a locally owned residential cleaning company serving Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, & Zionsville.

We’re hiring dependable people who notice the details, take pride in their work, and enjoy seeing the results of a job well done. Professional cleaning experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person.

This position starts part-time, with opportunities for additional hours and a potential full-time role as our customer base grows.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, with weekend coverage as needed.
• Part-time hours based on customer bookings.

What you’ll do

• Clean kitchens and bathrooms, including countertops, sinks, showers, tubs, and toilets.
• Dust furniture, window sills, and accessible surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets and stairs, and sweep and mop floors.
• Clean mirrors, empty household trash, and spot-clean designated surfaces.
• Follow cleaning checklists, use supplies safely, and check your work before finishing.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
