Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Las Vegas, NV. The Sales Manager will lead and inspire a team to meet and exceed sales goals, drive business growth, and strengthen customer relationships. Responsibilities include developing effective sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, analyzing sales data, and working closely with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals. Additional duties involve identifying market trends, prospecting new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with retailers to promote the company’s product line.
