- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Prescribe and manage medications for patients with mental health disorders
- Provide therapy and counseling to patients, both individually and in group settings
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
```Requirements:```
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license with specialization in psychiatric-mental health
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience working as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Knowledge of workers compensation law and regulations
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, such as eClinicalWorks
- Strong understanding of utilization review processes and procedures
- Proficient in medication administration and management for mental health disorders
- Excellent patient care skills, including the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions.
