Outgoing Restaurant Staff - Front of house

This is a job for a true extrovert. We want you to talk to people (the guest, not other co-workers!) This is a rare find for the right individual(s). Preferably looking for a "Foodie." Someone that is just cheerful to be around! Looking for a very outgoing/HAPPY personality. Must be a quick learner, even-tempered and always looking to improve.

This is a Monday thru Friday day shift position. Some nights and weekends for events are voluntary when arise.

We are a small family-owned company. No corporate stuff (scripts,etc) Tattoos are fine. Music is always playing (AC/DC, GNR, Etc - No, you cannot wear ear-buds or headphones). Not everyone would appreciate this environment. Must be able to stay off of Cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Ringing in guests and cashing them out
• Check on guests to ensure great dining experience
• Packing up online orders for pick up
• Delivery and set-up of scheduled catering events
• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Check quality of ingredients
