- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
- Load and unload products from the vehicle using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering products in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the delivery vehicle to ensure its safe operation
Experience:
- Previous experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a commercial driving setting
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading products
- Experience operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery schedules
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording deliveries
