Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Marketing (SMM) Assistant. The SMM Assistant will be responsible for managing and updating social media accounts, conducting market research, engaging with customers, assisting in developing sales strategies, and supporting overall sales and marketing efforts. The role requires consistent communication with the social media team to create and schedule engaging content, analyze and report on social media metrics, and provide customer support via social media platforms.
