Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals for our Tree Work team, specializing in tree removal.
Duties
- Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain tree health and appearance.
- Operate spider lifts safely for high-altitude tree work.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including ground work and general upkeep of outdoor areas.
- Assist in the rigging process for safe removal or relocation of trees.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor the growth and health of trees, providing recommendations for care as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in tree care or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating bucket trucks and other landscaping equipment.
- Strong understanding of tree trimming techniques and safety practices.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the field of arboriculture.
- 3 years of climbing experience
