Duties
- Assist experienced meat cutters in preparing and cutting various types of meat according to established standards.

- Support food preparation activities, including trimming, portioning, and packaging meat products for sale.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment following food safety regulations.
- Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about products and assisting with selections when needed.
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality are maintained throughout the process.
Requirements
