What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/Customer Service position at Mikes Commercial Refrigeration?
Responsibilities include, Assist in answering daily incoming telephone calls with great customer service skills. Dispatching technicians to their job locations. Assist in ordering needed parts for technicians to complete their jobs through phone conversations and email.
Being able to multi task and basic computer skills are required.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
