About the Role
Terra Verde Farm is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable team member to help create exceptional experiences for our guests. This role combines customer service, guided farm tours, event support, and daily farm operations. What You'll Do
- Welcome and check in guests upon arrival
- Sell admission tickets, animal feed, merchandise, and other farm items
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests have an enjoyable visit
- Lead and assist with guided farm tours and educational experiences
- Assist with birthday parties, private events, school groups, and special programs
- Answer general questions about farm visits, birthday parties, and events, and refer booking inquiries to management
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests during tours and events
- Open and close farm operations when scheduled
- Prepare the farm before opening and help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming guest areas throughout the day
- Assist with animal handling and guest interactions during farm visits while following all safety procedures
- Help maintain a safe, friendly, and enjoyable environment for guests
- Support daily farm operations and other duties as needed

- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout the day
- Weekend availability is required
- Fluent in English. Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, education, events, or animal care is preferred but not required
Schedule
- Part-Time
- Approximately 15–20 hours per week to start
- Weekends required, with occasional weekdays and evenings as needed
