Family Matters Here
- No Sunday on-call
- On-call shifts end at 7 PM
- Very limited late-night emergency calls
- Typical schedule is 8 AM–5 PM
- Most plumbers are on call about one week per month
What You’ll Be Doing
- Water heater replacement and repair
- Drain cleaning
- Toilet, faucet, and garbage disposal repairs
- Residential service plumbing
- Repipes
- Maintenance work
- Diagnosing plumbing issues
- Educating homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Building long-term homeowner relationships through trust and communication

What We’re Looking For
- Residential plumbing or drain experience preferred
- Plumbing apprentices with some experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Motivated, team-oriented attitude
- Professional appearance
- Valid Illinois driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and stay organized

Training & Growth

You’ll receive:

Apprentices will ride alongside experienced plumbers during training before transitioning into independent work.
