Duties
- Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and vehicle recovery towing equipment, to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Perform vehicle repossessions in accordance with legal procedures and company policies, ensuring proper documentation at each step.
- Conduct basic mechanical vehicle troubleshooting and minor repairs to facilitate vehicle recovery or prepare vehicles for transport.
- Secure loads properly using cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist with vehicle loading onto tow trucks using safe techniques, manual transmission skills, and mechanical knowledge.
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing and recovery activities, including detailed incident reports when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, vehicle owners, and law enforcement personnel.
Qualifications & Skills
- No CDL required.
- Valid DOT Medical Card required.
- Clean Driving Record
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
