Customer Service Representative
Evening Shift (11:00 AM–8:00 PM)

Yours will be the first voice that our customers hear when they call us. Providing support for technicians in the field and creating raving fans are your top priorities.
About you:
You’re a self-described people person. Making others happy brings you true joy and fulfillment.
You should possess:
- an articulate and easily understood phone voice
- a well-worn copy of How to Win Friends and Influence People
- the ability to work collaboratively with the service team to execute the strategy for the day
- general working knowledge of typical office suite software tools (word, excel, email, etc.)
- a passion to serve and the wisdom to realize that people in need are often not patient
