Overview: In the role of Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at Mike's Westside Rental, you will be instrumental in addressing the requirements of our customer base by serving our walk-in and call-in clients. You will be accountable for multiple branch operations, which encompass in-branch equipment rentals, customer engagement, and collections. Your main objective will be to actively enhance the branch's revenue through equipment rentals, all while delivering outstanding customer service.
The Job:
*Proactively address and resolve inquiries from customers.
*Manage the processing of rental quotes, reservations, contracts, and invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
*Working with the MWC Dispatcher, coordinate the scheduling of equipment delivery and pickup.
*Assist and support fellow ISRs where necessary.
*Serve as a dependable partner to OSRs (Outside Sales Representatives).
*Maximize revenue through exceptional customer service for all current orders.
*Conclude sales transactions for both incoming and outgoing calls.
*Offer customers expert guidance on the selection, operation, and maintenance of various equipment types.
*Oversee and monitor the daily collection and return of equipment.
*Provide support to all MWR team members where needed.
Requirements:
*High School or GED required, Associates Degree upward preferred.
*Possession of a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving history.
*1 year experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
*Experience with Point of Rental is a plus.
*Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
*Exceptional skills in customer service, collaboration, and both verbal and written communication are essential.
