Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and installing appliances in our customers' homes, organizing warehouse space and performing upkeep around the building. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to customer service, ensuring that products are delivered efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and organizing products.
- Prepare orders for delivery by picking and packing items accurately.
- Drive company vehicles to deliver products to customers on designated routes.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods while adhering to traffic regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse environment.
- Assist with moving heavy items within the warehouse and customer homes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks throughout the day.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing inventory effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
