We’re looking for a person who is as passionate about people as they are about pedals.
What You’ll Do
- Be the Face of the Shop: Greet every customer with a smile and help them navigate our floor.
- The Matchmaker: Listen to customers’ needs and guide them toward the right bike, helmet, or accessory.
- Service Intake: Perform basic safety checks on incoming repairs and communicate clearly with the mechanics.
- Keep it Fresh: Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop floor.
- Stay Sharp: Keep up-to-date on the latest cycling tech and local trail/route conditions.
What You Bring to the Table
- The "People" Factor: You’re outgoing, empathetic, and can explain technical concepts in plain English.
- Cycling Knowledge: You know your way around a bike (or are excited to learn more about bikes!)
- Reliability: You show up on time and ready to roll.
- Adaptability: Retail can be a sprint or a slow climb; you’re comfortable handling both.
- Bonus Gear: Previous experience in a bike shop or outdoor retail is a plus, but if you have a great attitude and a willingness to learn, we want to talk to you.
