Mike's Red Tacos is looking for energetic, dependable leaders who are ready to hit the road and help launch new restaurants across the United States.

As a New Restaurant Opening Shift Leader, you'll be part of our opening support team, traveling to new locations and helping train teams, execute opening plans, and ensure every restaurant opens the Mike's Red Tacos way.

When not traveling, you'll work from our Pasadena Corporate Store & Training Center, supporting daily operations and preparing for future openings.

What started as a single food truck has grown into one of the most exciting emerging brands in the restaurant industry. With more than 200 locations under development, Mike's Red Tacos is bringing the Love of Red to communities across the country, and our New Restaurant Opening Team is helping make it happen.

• Lead shifts and support restaurant operations
  
• Travel throughout the United States supporting New Restaurant Openings
  
• Spend up to 3 consecutive weeks onsite helping new restaurants prepare for and execute successful openings
  
• Coach and support restaurant teams during training and opening periods
  
• Drive speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience standards
  
• Ensure food safety and operational standards are consistently followed
  
• Support opening teams during one of the most exciting phases of restaurant growth
  
• Model Mike's Red Tacos culture, values, and standards every day
  

✔ Restaurant leadership experience preferred

✔ Shift Leader, Key Holder, Assistant Manager, or Team Lead experience is a plus

✔ Willingness and ability to travel frequently

✔ Ability to spend up to 3 weeks away from home supporting restaurant openings

✔ Strong communication and leadership skills

✔ Positive attitude and team-first mindset

✔ Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

✔ Reliable transportation and ability to travel by air
