Mike’s Mobile Laundry, LLC is a family-owned and operated business based in Natick, Massachusetts. We provide full-service laundry solutions, including self-service laundromat access, wash/dry/fold services, and pickup/delivery. We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to join us in a Laundry Attendant / Processor role.
Position Summary
This role includes both customer service and laundry processing responsibilities. You’ll assist customers in-store while also washing, drying, folding, and packaging laundry orders. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and delivering high-quality service.
Schedule
- Weeknights: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekends: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Saturday & Sunday)
We are hiring for coverage across these shifts. Schedules may be shared between multiple team members. Weekend availability is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Help customers use machines and answer questions
- Handle transactions and weigh drop-off laundry
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
Laundry Processing:
- Wash, dry, fold, and package customer laundry
- Follow customer preferences and instructions carefully
- Maintain quality, speed, and organization
- Support daily operations and workflow
