We are seeking an HVAC Service Manager to oversee day-to-day service operations and lead a team of service technicians. Responsibilities include managing schedules, ensuring quality control, conducting training, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction. The Service Manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with industry standards, troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems, and collaborating with other departments to optimize company operations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Candler, NC, and offers the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team in a growing company.
- Strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair
- Proven leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Customer service and communication skills to manage client relationships and resolve inquiries
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scheduling software, work order systems, and job documentation tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced HVAC certifications or training programs are a plus
