Established Appliance Installation and Delivery Company
Seeking Experienced Appliance Installer to deliver and install Home appliances
Responsibilities include:
Deliver and remove kitchen and laundry appliances
Installation of kitchen and laundry appliances,
Maintain stock of installation accessories (cords, hoses, clamps, etc.)
Ensure customer home is damage free by using blankets, booties, etc
Driving delivery vans and trucks start in Hamden, and travel to various locations in and around Connecticut and New York
Experience Required:
Experience installing household appliances required. Appliance Repair experience is basically the same.
Similar skills like contractor, plumber or electrician will be considered, but need to be able to start installing with very little training, which is why experience is preferred.
Knowledge and experience with basic tools and power tools (Cordless drills, saws, etc.)
Familiarity with smart phones and applications
Valid driver’s license and relatively clean driving record required to be installer.
Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical skills
Good customer service and interpersonal skills
Physical Demands
Ability to load and manipulate appliances, and various items in and out of van or truck, warehouses and customers homes and businesses
Physical ability to lift, pull and push products that weigh sometimes an excess of 200lbs
Successful pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background check required
Work Location:
- Multiple locations, Day starts at Office in Hamden picking up van/truck, then going to warehouse to pickup appliances. Then route varies based on region serviced that day. Routes can vary, but average routes are in CT and NY

Pay Range
- Installer pay varies based on number of days worked and number of appliances installed. We are seeking someone to work minimum of 4 days including Saturdays, but full 5 days a week preferred.
- Salary for experienced installer consists of base pay per day plus per piece pay and various other variables.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week
